In more ways than one, it’s been a long wait: with the first Eyes Without A Face gallery show taking place in March 2015, Jason Edmiston’s fans have had to be patient for almost three years, speculating about who would be portrayed next in his follow-up batch of pop culture icons. And, in quite a literal sense for your Super Kaiju team, it’s been a long wait: rain, cold weather and passing traffic have not daunted us from lining up overnight to have the chance to buy one of these new paintings.
Before the gallery doors opened, we had a chance to explore the latest creations up close. From superheroes to wrestlers (and a jaw dropping 22 foot monstrosity), enjoy the pictures of these 95 pieces of art and pray that some of them make it to an online drop on MondoTees.com.
